Health and Wellbeing has long been a passion of Lauren’s, plus she is also a qualified beauty therapist and continually expanding her knowledge and experience in all aspects of Health and Fitness.

Lauren is a member of the The Australian Pilates Acadamy and Pilates Methad Aliance and her Pilates qualifications include Intermediate Mat, Intermediate Reformer, Fitball and Pregnancy.

Pilates and Fitness is Lauren’s lifestyle and she finds it both professionally and personally rewarding sharing her passion. She loves seeing her clients achieve goals, see results and live pain free. She strives to make her classes informative, challenging but most importantly fun and enjoyable creating an environment that will strengthen your body and relax you mind.
