Kirrilee

Kirrilee is an Exercise Physiologist accredited with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). She focuses on adapting sessions to accommodate for and address any health concerns or injuries.

Kirrilee is a strong believer that nobody is too old to start living a more active lifestyle, and has spent a lot of time working with older clientele.
As a posture fanatic, Kirrilee can tailor routines to address any movement impairment which may be causing pain or limiting training performance.
