The staff are always courteous and kind and always have a big smile which I feel creates the most relaxed atmosphere. There is certainly none of the Big Gym attitude which can tend to intimidate the average gym attendee, like myself. Moreover, I feel very welcome and I am making many new friendships both with the staff and other patrons.
I've had the pleasure of being personal trained by Jags for almost 3 years now. This has included PT sessions for 1 year before I fell pregnant, then
throughout most of my pregnancy and we resumed training after 10 weeks of the birth of my little boy, Jet.

trimesters. I felt incredibly strong and healthy during my pregnancy. I
also credit Jags for not only helping me feel great but for also getting me
physically ready for labour, my strength and energy levels helped me give
birth to a happy and healthy boy, Jet.
10 weeks after the birth of Jet I resumed my training at BodyZone. Within
3 months I was back to my pre-baby body weight and now, 6 months later, I'm stronger, leaner and fitter than I've ever been.

I had always been a pretty fit person, having swum laps for many years, so was very distressed when I was diagnosed with a neuromuscular condition and a year later, breast cancer. I lost a great deal of muscle mass in the first few months after my diagnosis and after being placed on medication which helped to restore a signficant degree of my physical strength, I realised that I would have to do more than return to swimming in order to restore my body to anything close to the level I had previously been at. I was incredibly fortunate to discover BodyZone Studio, where I enlisted the expertise of Director Ian Jagger and commenced personal training sessions with him. My sessions with Ian have proven to be such an incredibly positive experience for me - both mentally and physically. Ian has made a point of trying to learn as much as possible
about the rare condition that is affecting me and he
has worked very closely with me to determine my
capabilities and to plan and adapt a program to
suit my needs. I was eternally grateful for the
privacy afforded to me while training at BodyZone -
never sharing the premises with more than two or
three other clients at any one time.

After just a few 1 on 1 training sessions along with my usual weight training program I noticed a huge change in my body shape and overall muscle tone. This was not through spending more time in the gym but merely using my time more efficiently with more concentration on the areas of my body I wanted to change.

I have been working out with Jags at Bodyzone now for several months, and can finally see that the hard work and 6am training is paying off. Not only do I feel stronger physically, but I am mentally prepared for challenges at this stage in my life.

Body Zone is personal and helps me stay committed to my training. I like that it is close to home and that I get the personal attention I need to reach my fitness goals. In a stressful job, maintaining my fitness is critical to my well being.

I embarked on a 3 month fitness plan which included weights and
cardio training. Jags was assigned to me as my personal trainer.
Throughout my training with Jags I lost approximately 10% body fat and approximately 5 kilos of weight.
Jags helped me maintain my enthusiasm
as well as teaching me safe weight training
techniques. I was emailed regularly
withmotivational material as well as
been advised of a proper nutritional
eating plan. With dedication, consistency
and Jags' support the results definitely
show. Without his professional advise
