BodyZone is specifically a One-on-One Personal Training Studio. Sessions are either half hour or 1 hour in duration and the number of times per week is flexible to the individual and considers their goals and/or budget.

We are designed exclusively for the individual and your personal training sessions ensure no interruptions or distractions so within this valuable time, you and your personal trainer concentrate on your specific fitness goals.

Our trainers do not just go through the motions counting your repetitions or monitoring the clock, but they are with you every step of the way, demonstrating movements, answering questions and motivating you. We want to give you value for your money, excitement and satisfaction on completion of your session, not to mention education and inspiration to keep you on track to achieve your goals and get the best results.

Unlike other Personal Training Studios, we dont just want you in here for your private one on one sessions but also encourage and highly recommend our clients to do additional sessions at our studio to reinforce your fitness regime and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

We promote fitness and wellbeing to include consistency and dedication, so we want you in a happy and healthy environment..!!

BodyZone specializes in weight loss, rehabilitation, fitness (including pre and post natal), strength and general well-being.
