It is said we live in a small world. Back in the late 1990s I work for one of Australias icon companies Ansett Australia. I was a part of the ground handling crew and upstairs in customer
service there was a fit bubbly little brunette who
I was to meet some years later.
Sharon Southern a dedicated swimmer and person
who was conscious of her health and physical
appearance was faced with not one but two life
changing conditions.
BodyZone will be introducing a new service to our business. Andrew a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist will be available in our off peak times or will come to your business or home. For enquiries please contact us fitnews@bodyzone.com.au

What are carbs? Carbohydrates are the bodys prime energy source. They help in the proper function of the brain as well as the bodys muscles by transforming sugar into energy the body truly needs. There are two types Complex carbs and Simple carbs.
Complex Carbs are made up of different types of sugar , which are a slow releasing form of energy and are good for the body, they provide other nutrients that include dietary fibre as well as promote a faster metabolism.
Simple carbs are one type of sugar, fruit sugar (fructose) corn sugar (glucose) and table sugar (sucrose). These carbs are absorbed quickly into the blood stream, its effect is a sudden burst of energy. Simple carbs are considered the BAD carbohydrates so when you are buying your groceries check the labels and see how much sugar is really in the
