Spring is here so get outside and get some fresh air and enjoy a walk.
Walking is the simplest form of exercise and can be done anywhere. We are so lucky to live in a country that provides some of the most amazing scenery. In Sydney alone we can walk through the Botanical Gardens Centenial Park, spectacular beach walks Bondi to Bronte the Esplanade Cronulla. If its nature
you like then go for a bush walk, there at least 10 National Parks in Sydney for you to experience.
Or to keep it simple next time you go to head to the corner shop walk down, walk the kids to school, mums grab the pram, take the dog for a walk or just go on your own for a bit of private time.
Nothing beats fresh air and the sun. Make sure when you go for a walk you wear comfortable clothing use sun block, hat, glasses and remain hydrated drink plenty of water.
Our outdoor sessions have been postponed until early next year due to an injury suffered by our head trainer, our sincere apologises for any inconvenience. Keep posted for starting dates and enjoy training in the great aussie weather..! For enquiries please contact us fitnews@bodyzone.com.au
