Know your limits when getting involved in a stretching program
Dont bounce when stretching, lean into the stretch gradually
Hold each stretch for 15-20 sec
Form and function, think about the activity you are about to participate in and the muscles you are going to use
If you work in an office & sit at a desk all day, get up every 2hrs & revitalize yourself with a couple of stretches
Spot reduction is a Myth. You cannot target areas of the body to reduce fat loss. Fat is lost throughout the body in a pattern dependent upon genetics, sex and age.
