Inspirational stories...

It was around April 2008, after having tried every new diet and fad there was out there, I was really sick and tired of feeling unfit and not being able to loose weight.
Since as far back as I can remember, I have always carried too much weight, but it was the past few years that my weight become a seriously problem. I was weighing between 130 - 135 Kg and knew I had to do something soon.

It was around this time I met Jags from BodyZone at a local cafe. I asked him about the personal training programs offered by BodyZone and how it worked. He invited me to come along to the studio to see how it worked, try it out (which included my first session free) and to
let me see how I felt.

Nervously i arrived at the studio. Not knowing what to expect, i was greeted by a friendly trainer called Tommy. Little did i know, it would be this man that helped me change my life around. I'd had never set foot in a gym before and the thought of a gym made me feel quite

uncomfortable. But on arrival we sat and had a talk about my goals and what I wanted to achieve. Tommy truly listened to my goals, thoughts and fears. He then ran me through a few exercises and stretches. To my surprise i found them both enjoyable and rewarding to do. It was then i decided to make a commitment in joining with BodyZone Studio and begin my journey to a happier and healthier life..!!
